1. Hand-eye coordination must run in families. There are reasons I didn’t play organized sports.

2. I don’t think I’ll ever get tired of watching a certain someone smile. It’s the best. (she’s often in constant motion while smiling.)
3. In that vein, I also don’t think I’ll ever get tired of watching Michael with Sophie. She REALLY lights up whenever she sees him.
4. I have not had chocolate (or dairy) since Sophie was 3 weeks old. The person who said that when you don’t eat sweets you stop craving them was not me. In fact, the day I CAN have chocolate, I’m probably going to make myself sick eating this cake or one akin to it–me. want. chocolate… also butter…and cheese.
(Side note: you can see her one brown eye and one blue eye pretty well in this picture. Seems her eyes are still at odds at which color they should choose.)
5. Sophie is an ambi-turner! Girlfriend can go left or right. She’s funny, though. She’ll go days between rolling then roll a bunch on the days she does roll. I clap and cheer every time. She’s usually very nonchalant about the whole thing.
Happy weekend!
Cheers,
Emily

She’s so cute! I love that first picture…
I’ve MISSED five-fact-Fridays! Thanks for sharing some of my favorite pictures!!!!
Don’t worry about the chocolate by the way, I’ve been eating your share.
aww she is too cute! just curious, can you not eat chocolate because of the milk? or because of something else? i think there is chocolate out there that does not contain milk. it’s probably mostly dark, though.
Brittany–milk yes, but also the natural caffeine in chocolate. However, soon I should be able to give it a try and see how she does!
AND… remember how you were a cheerleader in High School? You have plenty of eye-hand coordination sister, just maybe not so much when you were 3 months old, but then no one has much of that at age.
