There are few beverages in life I prefer over smoothie-type ones. I love love love orange julius. This recipe makes 3 good-sized servings and tastes amazing.
6oz (1/2 can) frozen orange juice concentrate
1-1/2c ice cubes
about 3/4c milk (or more if needed)
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 Tbsp sugar (optional)
Blend all ingredients. Add more ice or more milk as necessary to achieve desired consistency.
Makes 3 servings.
