- 1/3–1/2 cup uncooked oats (old-fashioned or quick-cooking)
- 2 Tbsp sliced or chopped almonds
- 2 Tbsp dried cherries (tart or sweet)
- 1 tsp honey (optional)
- 3/4–1 cup milk (I prefer unsweetened almond or coconut milk)
- Combine all ingredients and place in a jar, cup, or airtight container. Cover with lid or plastic wrap and refrigerate at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
