Cherry Almond Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/31/2 cup uncooked oats (old-fashioned or quick-cooking)
  • 2 Tbsp sliced or chopped almonds
  • 2 Tbsp dried cherries (tart or sweet)
  • 1 tsp honey (optional)
  • 3/41 cup milk (I prefer unsweetened almond or coconut milk)

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients and place in a jar, cup, or airtight container. Cover with lid or plastic wrap and refrigerate at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
