Raspberry Museli

  • Ingredients:
  • 1/2c plain yogurt (I like Fage Greek yogurt)*
  • 1/4c uncooked rolled oats*
  • 1/3c berries (I use frozen raspberries)
  • honey or maple syrup, to taste
  • 12 Tbsp sliced almonds


  1. In a small bowl, stir together yogurt, oats, and berries. Add honey to taste (I just use a small drizzle). Cover and refrigerate overnight or 6-8 hours. When ready to serve, stir again to break up the berries. Sprinkle almonds on top and enjoy!


*For a dairy-free version: use coconut yogurt, like So Delicious brand. For a gluten-free version, be sure to use certified gluten free oats.
