Top Posts of the Year – YOUR favorite recipes and mine from this year. These were the most pinned, viewed, commented, and made this year. Don’t miss the comments and a few bonus faves! 

The BEST recipes of the year! Your favorite recipes from the blog this year. (Gluten free, dairy free, vegan, paleo, and Whole30 options!)

I love end-of-the-year posts. It’s so fun to take a step back and see what you enjoyed the most this year!

One big hit was Pumpkin Week! I did 5 days of pumpkin recipes right at the beginning of fall and WOW was the response great! Other favorites were made-over desserts, easy weeknight or meal prep options. You’ve got my wheels turning already for next year! But for the final 2017 countdown, here were your favorite recipes of 2017, along with what YOU had to say about them:

Confetti Quinoa Salad - This gluten free, vegan salad is so fresh and flavorful!

“I just made this. I added cucumber, cherry tomatoes, garlic and little ground red pepper for some spice and it was absolutely delicious! Everyone who tried it loved it.”

“These turned out great, just took them out of the oven. I used strips of leftover baked ham, criss crossed on the bottom. I had leftover cooked veggies(broccoli, cauliflower and carrots from a bag of frozen) and topped each “muffin” with those snippets of tomato from the ends that no one wants to eat. I added no seasonings at all, the ham flavored the the quiches perfectly. Will do these again. My next experiment with these will be with fruit and bacon as the ingredients. I think the sweet and salty will turn out fabulous. Thanks, great recipe and EZ!”
