- 1 (10oz) bag frozen sweet cherries
- 1/2c almond milk, more if needed (I prefer unsweetened)
- 1/8 tsp almond extract
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4c mini chocolate chips (I used Enjoy Life brand)
Instructions
- Place cherries, almond milk, almond and vanilla extracts in a blender. Blend until very smooth, adding more almond milk if necessary. Taste mixture. If not sweet enough, you can add 1-2 tsp of pure maple syrup (mind is usually fine without it, but some bags of cherries are sweeter than others. It’s based on your preference.)
- Add mini chocolate chips and pulse to incorporate and slightly break up chips.
- Pour mixture into popsicle molds and freeze 2-3 hours or until solid.
