Cherry Chocolate Chip Popsicles

  • Yield: 4 1x


  • 1 (10oz) bag frozen sweet cherries
  • 1/2c almond milk, more if needed (I prefer unsweetened)
  • 1/8 tsp almond extract
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4c mini chocolate chips (I used Enjoy Life brand)


  1. Place cherries, almond milk, almond and vanilla extracts in a blender. Blend until very smooth, adding more almond milk if necessary. Taste mixture. If not sweet enough, you can add 1-2 tsp of pure maple syrup (mind is usually fine without it, but some bags of cherries are sweeter than others. It’s based on your preference.)
  2. Add mini chocolate chips and pulse to incorporate and slightly break up chips.
  3. Pour mixture into popsicle molds and freeze 2-3 hours or until solid.
