Ingredients

- 1/2c butter
- 1/2c milk
- 2c sugar
- 3 Tbsp cocoa
- 1/2c peanut butter (I like crunchy)
- 3 Tbsp corn syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/4tsp salt
- 2 1/2c oats (I used quick oats here)
- 3/4c shredded coconut
Instructions
- In a large saucepan, bring butter, milk, sugar, and cocoa to a boil over medium heat, stirring often. Remove from heat and stir in peanut butter, corn syrup, vanilla, and salt. Stir in oats and coconut.
- Drop by spoonfuls onto waxed paper or a silicone baking mat to cool. (If you’ve never made no-bake cookies before, they set up as they cool, so don’t be afraid if they seem a bit fluid).
