This easy Italian herbs blend is SO much better than store-bought!
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 Tbsp. dried basil
- 1 Tbsp. dried oregano
- 1/2 Tbsp. garlic flakes (or garlic powder)
- 1/2 Tbsp. onion powder
- 1/2 Tbsp. dried rosemary
- 1/2 Tbsp. dried thyme
- 1 tsp. red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
- In a small bowl or jar, combine basil, oregano, garlic flakes, onion powder, rosemary, thyme, and red pepper flakes.
- Whisk the spices to combine (or cover your jar with a lid and shake until well blended)
- Transfer to a small jar or airtight container, as needed.
- Store at room temperature up to 1 year.
- Use for potatoes, roasted vegetables, pasta sauce, pizza, marinades, salad dressings, and more!
Notes
Variations To Try:
- Swap the red pepper flakes for black pepper
- Add 1/2 Tbsp. rubbed sage
- Add 1/2 tsp. fennel
