Lime Salt

Ingredients

  • 34 Tbsp coarse salt
  • zest of 1 lime

Instructions

  1. In a non-porous bowl (metal, ceramic, glass, porcelain), massage the lime zest into the salt until it’s fragrant and well-blended.
  2. Store in the refrigerator in an airtight container. Salt will keep at least a week.
