Description

This easy Mango Banana Smoothie is such a refreshing healthy breakfast or snack to add to your day! You’ll love the simple ingredients & creamy texture.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups frozen mango
  • 1 frozen banana, cut into slices
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1/2 cup full-fat canned coconut milk (can use light coconut milk) 
  • Optional: 2 scoops collagen protein powder (or your favorite protein powder)

Instructions

  1. Add mango, banana, orange juice, coconut milk, and collagen (if using) to a blender. 
  2. Puree until totally smooth, adding more orange juice or coconut milk as needed to help it blend. 
  3. Top with fresh fruit, granola, nuts, or your favorite toppings and enjoy!

Notes

Variations:

  • Add 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract for a Mango Julius vibe!
  • Add 1/2 cup Greek yogurt or coconut yogurt
  • Use 1 1/2 cups frozen mango + 1/2 cup frozen pineapple instead of 2 cups mango
  • Add fresh spinach to make it a green smoothie!
