- 2 cups frozen mango
- 1 frozen banana, cut into slices
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1/2 cup full-fat canned coconut milk (can use light coconut milk)
- Optional: 2 scoops collagen protein powder (or your favorite protein powder)
Instructions
- Add mango, banana, orange juice, coconut milk, and collagen (if using) to a blender.
- Puree until totally smooth, adding more orange juice or coconut milk as needed to help it blend.
- Top with fresh fruit, granola, nuts, or your favorite toppings and enjoy!
Notes
Variations:
- Add 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract for a Mango Julius vibe!
- Add 1/2 cup Greek yogurt or coconut yogurt
- Use 1 1/2 cups frozen mango + 1/2 cup frozen pineapple instead of 2 cups mango
- Add fresh spinach to make it a green smoothie!
