I use frozen fruit in this recipe. If you’re using fresh, simply add about 1 cup of ice while you’re blending.
- 2 cups frozen mango
- 1 cup frozen pineapple
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- a few drops of vanilla extract
- Place all ingredients in the blender. Puree until completely smooth, adding a little more juice, coconut milk (or even a bit of water) as necessary.
