Mango Julius Smoothie Bowls

I use frozen fruit in this recipe. If you’re using fresh, simply add about 1 cup of ice while you’re blending.


  • 2 cups frozen mango
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • a few drops of vanilla extract


  1. Place all ingredients in the blender. Puree until completely smooth, adding a little more juice, coconut milk (or even a bit of water) as necessary.
