It’s as simple as it gets, but this yummy peanut butter & honey oatmeal is one of my FAVORITES! (Gluten free, dairy free)
Ingredients
Scale
- 1/4 cup old-fashioned rolled oats*
- 1 Tablespoon peanut butter (I prefer crunchy)
- 1-2 teaspoons honey
- 1/2 cup water
Instructions
- Put all ingredients in a cereal bowl and microwave 60-90 seconds. Stir to combine. Drizzle with additional honey if desired.
- Makes 1 serving

*For a gluten free option, be sure to use certified gluten free oats.
