Ingredients

- 2 cups frozen blueberries (unsweetened)
- 1 cup frozen raspberries (unsweetened)
- 1 cup (8oz) pomegranate juice
- 1–2 cups spinach
- 2 Tbsp chia seeds
- 1 Tbsp lime juice (about 1/2 lime)
Instructions
Place ingredients in your blender in the order listed. Puree until completely smooth. Pour into glasses and serve immediately!
Notes
(Note: If you don’t have a high speed blender, I recommend blending your juice, spinach, and chia seeds before adding the other ingredients. This will give you the smoothest texture and help break down those greens!)
Feel free to substitute collagen protein to the smoothie instead of the chia seeds. It’s a great way to get some extra protein! If you prefer vegan protein, I like Bob’s Red Mill unsweetened vegan protein powder.
