This chicken bacon ranch salad is loaded with goodies & finished with our creamy homemade ranch dressing. You’ll LOVE it! (Paleo & Whole30 Friendly)

For The Chicken Bacon Avocado Ranch Salad:
- 6–9 oz. Salad greens (like Romaine, or mixed greens)
- 2 cups cooked, cubed or shredded chicken
- 6 slices bacon, cooked & crumbled
- 1 avocado, sliced or diced
- 1 cup diced tomatoes or halved grape or cherry tomatoes
- 1–2 green onions, sliced
- 1/3–1/2 cup ranch dressing
Other Optional Mix-Ins:
- Gluten-Free Croutons
- Salty Pumpkin Seeds or Sunflower Seeds
- Additional Veggies – cucumber, shredded carrots, corn, etc.
Instructions
- Add greens to a large mixing bowl.
- Layer chicken, bacon, avocado, tomatoes, and green onion.
- Drizzle with ranch and toss gently to coat the salad.
- Alternatively, let everyone build their own salad with the components and dress their salad as desired.
