These mango guacamole chicken wraps are the perfect easy lunch or dinner. You’ll LOVE that sauce! (Gluten free, dairy free)
Ingredients

For the mango guacamole:
- 1 avocado, peeled and pit removed
- 3/4c mango (1/2 large mango or 1 ataulfo/yellow mango)
- 2–3 Tbsp lime juice (about 1 lime)
- 3 Tbsp fresh cilantro
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
For the wraps:
- 4 tortillas or sandwich wraps (gluten free, as needed)
- 2 cups shredded or cubed cooked chicken
- lettuce, tomato, and any other vegetables you please
Instructions
For the guacamole:
- Puree all ingredients in a blender or food processor until smooth and creamy. (Or, you can leave it chunky, by just pulsing the mixture to the texture you like.)
For the wraps:
- Spread 1/4 of the guacamole on each wrap.
- Add chicken, tomatoes, and lettuce, then roll tightly, tucking in both ends.
Notes
*For a vegan option, simply swap out the chicken for black beans!
