These mango guacamole chicken wraps are the perfect easy lunch or dinner. You’ll LOVE that sauce! (Gluten free, dairy free) 



For the mango guacamole:

  • 1 avocado, peeled and pit removed
  • 3/4c mango (1/2 large mango or 1 ataulfo/yellow mango)
  • 23 Tbsp lime juice (about 1 lime)
  • 3 Tbsp fresh cilantro
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper

For the wraps:

  • 4 tortillas or sandwich wraps (gluten free, as needed)
  • 2 cups shredded or cubed cooked chicken
  • lettuce, tomato, and any other vegetables you please


For the guacamole:

  1. Puree all ingredients in a blender or food processor until smooth and creamy. (Or, you can leave it chunky, by just pulsing the mixture to the texture you like.)

For the wraps:

  1. Spread 1/4 of the guacamole on each wrap.
  2. Add chicken, tomatoes, and lettuce, then roll tightly, tucking in both ends.


*For a vegan option, simply swap out the chicken for black beans!
