Description
You can use fresh or frozen fruit for this smoothie. If you use fresh fruit, I like adding 1 cup of ice for a frosty finish.
Ingredients

- 1 1/2 cups pineapple (I like frozen)
- 1 1/2 cups peaches (I like frozen)
- 1 cup baby spinach (you can also use kale)
- 3/4 cup orange juice
- 3/4 cup water
- 2 scoops collagen peptides (can sub 2 Tbsp chia seeds, or hemp seeds for vegan)
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a blender. Puree until smooth, adding more water or orange juice as necessary.
