Description
This is a great use for cold leftover watermelon. If you’re using watermelon at room temp, you’ll probably want to serve this with a few ice cubes.
Ingredients

- 4 cups cubed watermelon
- 1/2 cup coconut water (or an extra 1/2c watermelon, if not using)
- zest and juice of 1 lime
Instructions
- Put all ingredients in a blender or food processor and puree until very smooth. Pour into glasses and serve cold!
