PREHEAT OVEN & MAKE GARLIC BUTTER. Preheat oven to 425° F and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. In a small bowl, combine softened butter, minced garlic, ½ tsp parsley, and a pinch of flaky salt.
SPREAD BAGUETTES WITH GARLIC BUTTER & PRE-BAKE. Slice the baguettes in half lengthwise and use an offset spatula to spread the garlic butter on the cut side of each baguette. Place them butter side up on a sheet pan and bake 8-10 min or until golden brown on the edges.
PREP TOPPINGS & BUILD PIZZAS. While the baguettes are baking with the garlic butter, grate cheese & prep your toppings. When the baguettes come out of the oven, top each with sauce, then layer cheese, pepperoni, and any additional toppings you’d like.
BAKE & GARNISH. Pop the pizzas back in the oven for 5-8 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the toppings are heated through. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese, black pepper, red pepper flakes, flaky salt, parsley, and any other desired garnish, to taste.
SERVE & STORE. Enjoy right away, and store leftover pizza in an airtight container in the fridge 1-2 days. You can reheat them in a toaster oven, air fryer, or the oven to restore their texture!
