- 2 cups Mandarin Oranges or Clementines (peeled, and segments separated)
- 2 cups Strawberries, sliced
- 1 1/2 cups Blueberries
- 1 1/2 cups Blackberries
- 1 cup Raspberries (ONLY if they're on the firm side, or you're serving soon after making this!)*
- 2 Tablespoons Fresh Orange Juice
- 1 Tablespoon Honey or Agave Nectar
- OPTIONAL: 2 Tablespoons fresh mint, 2-3 drops of vanilla extract or 1/4-1/2 teaspoon poppy seeds
Combine. Add oranges, strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, and raspberries (if using) to a large bowl.
Make The Dressing. In a small bowl, whisk together orange juice and honey/agave until smooth and dissolved. Stir in optional fresh mint, vanilla extract, or poppy seeds, if using.
Drizzle The Dressing over the fruit salad and gently stir so you don't crush the berries.
Serve & Store. Enjoy or store in the fridge until you're ready to serve. The fruit is delicate and will start to soften right away, so we recommend eating this within 1-2 hours of making, for best results. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge 1-2 days.
- Raspberries are a delicious addition, but they can be delicate to work with. If your raspberries are on the soft side, you may want to leave them out here, or sprinkle them on right at the end.
