These fresh watermelon popsicles are an easy, refreshing treat that's perfect for a hot day! Made from 100% fruity, they're a healthy treat your whole family can enjoy.
Combine. Add watermelon, strawberries, lime zest, and lime juice to a blender.
Puree until completely smooth. Taste and adjust the flavor here, adding more lime or a touch of sweetener, as desired.
Freeze The Popsicles. Pour the pureed fruit into popsicle molds, cover with a lid (or foil) and insert wooden popsicle sticks. Freeze popsicles 3-4 hours, or until very solid.
To Remove Popsicle From The Mold, remove the lid and run each well of the popsicle mold under cold water for a few seconds. Gently wiggle the popsicle stick side to side to help loosen the popsicle from the mold. (If it’s not budging, just run it under cold water for a few more seconds and try again)
Notes
HOW TO STORE LEFTOVER POPSICLES. I usually remove mine from the popsicle mold and put them in an airtight freezer safe bag, so that my ice pop mold is free to make plenty of other frozen treats. They'll keep this way at least 2-3 weeks in the freezer, up to a month. Otherwise, keep them in the popsicle mold with the lid on nice and tight and finish the popsicles within a week.
