Start by sauteing onion, celery, and carrots in some butter. Add salt, pepper, and garlic.


Add chicken & broth. Stir to combine, then tuck in a bay leaf. Simmer while you cook the pasta

pick your pasta

We think the best pasta for gluten-free chicken noodle soup is brown rice spiral pasta, but if you prefer long noodles, you can use gluten-free spaghetti or tagliatelle

finish the soup

Mix in the cooked pasta and some fresh herbs to finish. We like parsley and fresh dill, but we've got more ideas in the post!
