- 1/3–1/2 cup uncooked oats (old-fashioned or quick-cooking)
- 2 Tbsp pecans or almonds
- 2 Tbsp raisins (or dried cranberries)
- 1 tsp pure maple syrup
- pinch cinnamon and nutmeg (or chai spice mixture)
- 3/4–1 cup milk (I prefer unsweetened almond or coconut milk)
- Combine all ingredients and place in a jar, airtight container or bowl. Cover with lid or plastic wrap and refrigerate at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
