Oatmeal Cookie Overnight Oats

  • 1/31/2 cup uncooked oats (old-fashioned or quick-cooking)
  • 2 Tbsp pecans or almonds
  • 2 Tbsp raisins (or dried cranberries)
  • 1 tsp pure maple syrup
  • pinch cinnamon and nutmeg (or chai spice mixture)
  • 3/41 cup milk (I prefer unsweetened almond or coconut milk)


  1. Combine all ingredients and place in a jar, airtight container or bowl. Cover with lid or plastic wrap and refrigerate at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
