FAQ: Getting Started With Energy Bites:

Our Favorite Gear: We highly recommend a good food processor for making energy bites. You can score a good one for less than $100 and it’ll last you for YEARS. I got this food processor 14 years ago(!!!) and only just replaced it this month, after countless batches of energy bites, hummus, nice cream, and more.

Are Energy Bites Healthy? Healthy’s a term that can drastically vary depending on your health goals and needs, but we make all our flavors of energy bites with a base of nourishing whole food ingredients. We usually pair them with other foods for a complete snack. Jerky, cheese sticks, trail mix, yogurt, edamame, and fruit can all be great pairings!

How Long Do Energy Bites Last? Most of our energy bites recipes stay fresh in the fridge for about a week. Store them in an airtight container for best results!
